Tonight I want to go to bed with these thoughts:
1) I am looking forward to tomorrow.
2) I will wake up refreshed and energetic.
3) My body will only need 6 hours of sleep.
I wan to see how this works and write about it tomorrow. The main thrust of Hal Elrod's book is that whatever you with your first hour of your day will set the tone for the rest of the day. If you work on your personal development then you can attract success to you by changing yourself.
I think it is worth a try! What have I got to lose? Good night y'all!
